II. HOW TO BUY FROM OUR WEB SITE:
1. To place an order click on CONTACT US, (located on the menu bar at the top of each page), and this will bring you to our e-mail address. Please include the following info in your e-mail:
• ITEM NUMBER(S)
• ITEM TITLE(S)
• PRICE(S),
• YOUR COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
• METHOD OF PAYMENT.
You can pay by:
• CHECK We'll wait until funds clear before shipping your order
• MONEY ORDER Your order will be shipped upon receipt.
Please Note: We only ship within the USA. NO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE.
2. SHIPPING COST: We’ll reply with the order total which includes item(s) plus USPS Priority Mail Insured cost, and our mailing address to send payment. Shipping cost is determined by weight.
3. A HOLD sign will be placed on the item at the web site for 7 days while we wait for your payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will remove the HOLD sign and make it available to other customers.
III. ITEMS ON HOLD
If there is already a HOLD sign on an item, this means we are waiting for another customers payment. Feel free to e-mail us if you are interested in an item on HOLD, and we will keep you in mind in the event that we do not receive payment from the other customer. HEY
it still could be yours!
IV. RETURN POLICY
We try our best to accurately describe each item and its condition to minimize any unpleasant surprises when you receive your purchase. In the event that we mistakenly described an item inaccurately or have missed an outstanding flaw, you may return the item for a full refund minus shipping and insurance cost under the following conditions only:
1. Please e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt, stating the item number and the reason for your return request.
2. We will authorize your return request by e-mailing you as soon as possible.
3. Upon authorization of your return request we ask that you package the item in the same way we shipped it to you and return by Insured USPS Priority Mail. The item must reach us within 7 days of the e-mail authorizing its return and in the same condition as we shipped it to you!
4. Only after this criteria is met will a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping and insurance) be mailed to you. And again, only authorized returns will be refunded.
